Parking in the courtyard (in the ground, up in the yard, not in front of the garage). Suitable for quiet couple, small family with children. Housemen desirable. 15-20 minute walk to bus at UIA. Close to bathing area and playground.

Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and a number of attractions such as a sailing trip with the schooner Solrik or visits to the Ibsen museum, Norsk Hagebruksmuseum at Dømmesmoen, the Maritime Museum and Hamsun Manor. You can also rent a bike at the tourist office and test out long and very beautiful bike paths in and around Grimstad. The house is old and protected, here you find peace of mind. ❤️

Dorm near Grimstad city center (without full kitchen)

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Ett soverom med dobbeltseng (150 cm), samt sovesofa med plass til én til (gi beskjed på forhånd om dette er aktuelt). Badet, med dusj, har tilkomst fra soverommet. Liten kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap, vannkoker og mikrobølgeovn (ikke stekeovn/kokeplate). Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 2 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! the walls are extra sound isolated so you don't hear the traffic from the road. very soon there will be a big whole year jacuzzi available! Located 50 m from the city beach in Grimstad. The apartment is located on the ground floor with plating (concrete slopes) secluded with a hedge. Child friendly. 5 min walk to shopping center and 10 min to guest harbor, boat rental and idyllic Grimstad city center. 10 min to walk to the University of Agder. Nice and quiet. Sleeps 1 car in garage basement. Incidentally, parking outside. Needs left in window to park in the co-op parking lot.
