The cabin is completely private with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature even throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for comfort and extra heat. The ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on your skis at the cabin and walk to the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with a private jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

With the canoe you can paddle several kilometers. The bathroom is simple, without shower, but the bathing stairs and the lovely water makes it worth it. There is also a gas grill. An eldorado for animal lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Forest, water and mountains. Taxi boat to Lyngør and more. 15 min drive to Tvedestrand, with 5 different grocery stores, and free outdoor water park. 4 min to the local store.

The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

The apartment has a separate entrance to our house, has all the basic facilities and is only a 5 min from Evje! Perfect if you are traveling alone, as a couple or small family. We have a big garden that you are free to use and it goes all the way down to the river, which provides nice bathing opportunities. 10 min to walk to the nearest grocery store and many nice walking areas right next to the apartment!

Cozy apartment with private terrace and good view. The apartment has a spacious living room and a private bathroom with shower. There is a bedroom with a good and soft double bed. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, and if necessary we can arrange an extra bed. Washed and ironed bed linen and towels are included in the price. We expect general folk customs and that no other residents and neighbors will be disturbed after 23. We live in the house ourselves on the 2nd floor.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Flak Gård is located in scenic surroundings at Tovdalselva. The apartment is totally newly refurbished and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with kids), and groups. The bedrooms are set up for two families on a trip, but are also well suited for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a renowned salmon river, and large fish is taken both up and down the river.
