Vacation rentals with a patio in Groningen

The three of us stayed in Esther's apartment for a week and felt very comfortable there. The apartment is very tastefully furnished. Everything - dishes, etc., are available in sufficient quantity and quality. There's really nothing missing. For the first day and breakfast the fridge was stocked! We were welcomed with chilled sparkling wine. We especially enjoyed the spacious kitchen-living room, which is the center of the apartment. The apartment is located in the old town of Appingedam, a very nice place and a good starting point for trips to Groningen or Leeuwarden. Highly recommend both. We highly recommend this property and Esther as a landlady.

It's a beautiful and nicely decorated stay, everything is quite new. Beautiful surroundings and wonderfully quiet, easy to find and self check-in is completely convenient. Very helpful and kind people. If I have to go to the UMCG Groningen again and have to stay somewhere, then we will definitely come back.

Our stay was comfortable, newly renovated house located outside Groningen, very quiet and perfect for two nights.

Comfortable and nicely decorated accommodation in the heart of downtown Groningen. We particularly enjoyed the strategic location, the decor and the good bedding. (Finally a firm sofa bed! With down duvets!). The apartment was very clean. Matthijs is a very responsive host. We had a great time.

I was traveling for a conference at the university and the room’s location and price were what originally caught my eye. It was a great choice. The stay was great and the hosts (Michiel and Takeshi) were very helpful and welcoming. It was easy walking and biking distance to the university. I recommend staying here and, if I get the chance, would stay again.

The accommodation was great for my colleagues, very clean and tidy. Communication with the host was great and fast. I recommend!

we enjoyed our short stay (2 nights) very much. the cozy and nicely furnished accommodation was easy to reach, corresponded to the descriptions and the communication with the hosts was nice and straightforward. four-houses was a great starting point for us to see Groningen and the sea. the beds were comfortable, everything was relaxed and also the check out without cleaning and with time until noon contributed to this. the sheep across the street were great to look at. we had a great time all around. thanks & dead.

I was looking for a nice place to stay with my girlfriend near Groningen for a week. The apartment has everything you need and is perfect for two people. Jan Geert is quick to respond to questions. Everything was very private and easy. My only recommendation would be to add a washing machine. All in all, it was a wonderful time.

The owners (Kathy and Martin) are very sweet helpful people, the cottage has been completely refurbished by Martin himself and looks really beautiful! You won't find a better Host and it's really recommended, so far our best stay on Airbnb ❤️ The games closet also came in very handy after a long day out, I think we played out the entire closet about 8 times, even though there is plenty of choice. It is a very hygienic cottage and everything works properly. We hope to return in the future for sure!

Great and charming house in beautiful surroundings. Nice hiking areas. Short distance to several cozy cities. Convenient kitchen for cooking cooking. Quiet and peaceful at night, we slept well. Plenty of room for everyone in sofa area for evening fun. Nice garden and birdsong.

The place was clean and cozy. The location was great as it was nice quite and peaceful, but still relatively close to the city Groningen. Would recommend!😁
