Wonderful accommodation, friendly and friendly host, everything was very clean. We had a great time, we hope to be back soon.

Great place, beautiful view, garage for the car. Private garden and a swimming pool just next to the side gate. You need to have a car to get to other places but still it is awesome place to stay. I could not set up air conditioning to increase the temperature so it is worth to ask how to do it.

We stayed with Daniela for the second time because everything is just beautiful and you feel completely comfortable. It couldn't be better🥰

We felt very comfortable in the house Everything as on the pictures , pool was also great , barbecue was available , enough space to park. Andrea was very friendly, the communication was excellent and otherwise we were also satisfied.

Ana and David were wonderful hosts for a dreamy house in the vineyard. From the outside, it looks like a typical stone house in the mountains, but inside it is newly and modernly renovated with everything you need. The path from the car to the house is not to be underestimated (kids should not be too small) and can be quite strenuous in the summer, but if you know what to expect, it is manageable. The house's location in the middle of the vineyard and the breathtaking view more than compensate for the effort. The region is also stunning and offers a variety of activities. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Massimo and Viviana were very friendly and the communication worked out great. I really enjoyed the time and would book the place again anytime.

The apartment is luxury, the private garden stunning, the view amazing, no stress, no noise and well linked to Bellagio and ferry boats. The hosts are always available for every kind of needs. They even reserve the tables for you at the restaurants if you ask.

Everything went smoothly, recommended!

We spent almost a week here and thought it was the absolute best option we could find. Walking distance to everything and lovely private garden with more than 3 different cats visiting every time you sat there. We walked to almost every restaurant they recommended and had absolutely amazing food served! They respond quickly to messages and even offered to help us with something we thought about after 10pm at night, top service! If we go back, we absolutely live here...

The place was lovely and 100% matched the photos on the listing. Surroundings is quiet and borders directly on a forest, where you can walk. The house is clean, well-maintained and includes everything needed. The landlord is helpful, responds quickly to messages and gives tips for the region. It's worth staying at the K10House!

This place was like heaven on earth. Waking up to that priceless view was something else. The property was 12/10. Giulio was the best host anyone can ask for. Very helpful and responsive!
