Beachfront vacation rentals in Guatemala

Perfecta para mi familia, estuvimos cómodos, relajados, siempre que necesitamos algo nos apoyaron inmediatamente y todos fueron muy amables y atentos, me encantó la limpieza de la ropa de cama y lo cerca del mar, también que pudiera llevarme los 2 tapetes a la playa, me sirvieron bastante, me encantaron. Las recomendaciones de restaurantes y actividades cerca me sirvieron muchísimo, definitivamente queremos volver pronto!!!

Todo muy bonito, respetan la privacidad del huésped, todo ordenado y si nos gustaría volver pronto.....

Todo bien, perfecto para desconectarse en pareja y descansar.

Es la segunda vez que vamos toda la familia y nos encanta la casa, por lo que ofrece y lo bien ubicada que está. A los niños les encanta la piscina ya que tiene un espacio para los más pequeños. Seguramente volveremos en las próximas vacaciones o antes.

Lucrecia was very wellcoming and helpfull. She responded promptly to our questions and made our stay in Chulamar incredibly pleasant. The appartment is very spacious and private. The pool was very clean and the beach in front of the ressort was very clean as well. The walkway to the beach and the decks in front of the ocean were nice ammenities. Aracelly, the receptionist, went out of her way to get what we were in need of.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay! This is truly one of my favorite Airbnbs I have been to. The location couldn’t have been better—the house is located on the sand and within easy walking distance to the rest of town. If you’re looking for luxury and high-end amenities, this might not be your place, but if your goal is to relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy the beach in a laid-back spot, it’s perfect. The pool is small but great for lounging with a book, and we appreciated that someone came by to check the chemical levels during our stay. The hammocks and string lights in the yard added such a cozy, peaceful vibe. It was the best spot to unwind and listen to the waves. Olga was a fantastic host and a great communicator. She made everything super easy and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend this spot to small families, a group of friends, or really anyone looking for a chill, beachy getaway. We already want to come back!

Tuvimos una estadia muy linda! La villa definitivamente es muy bella y cozy, en el centro de todo caminando para comer, tomar algo, etc. Karina una persona muy dulce y especial que te hará sentir como en casa. Nos gustó mucho el acceso y lo privada que es, la piscina es un must! Volveremos!

Excelente nuestra estancia con todos los servicios y atenciones a nuestro alcance, mucho mejor que las fotos, una experiencia muy gratificante para nuestra familia.

Nos sentimos como en casa. Gloria fue de mucha ayuda y nos pareció muy agradable, el lugar muy lindo y organizado, no necesitamos nada ya que contaba con todas las comodidades, sin duda regresaremos con mi familia.

This place was magnificent. Can highly recommend anyone to stay at this accommodation. The location was perfect to walk down to the beach & get around El Paredon. Will definitely be visiting back again soon :)

Todo estaba tal cual las fotos, Juan Carlos fue muy amable y las personas que cuidaban la casa muy atentas durante nuestra estadía, sin duda regresaría a hospedarme

We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back! It is the most gorgeous and private airbnb weve ever stayed at. Emma & Chico where so nice and very attentive! The home looks exactly like the pictures if not better. It was very clean as well. The views are spectacular! The water was warm and the different terrace levels where awesome. Great content house for pictures and videos! The city life in Flores (30mins away) is awesome and theres lots to do there as well. Tikal National Park is a short drive away. Theres lots to do around town. You can hear the howler monkeys in the morning sometimes, really reminds you that your in a tropical oasis. Very kid friendly. We loved it and will recommend to all our friends and family.

This place exceeded our expectations, it was even more beautiful than the photos! The living space is spacious and breathtaking, with a stunning yard that offers an unobstructed view of the volcano. The kitchen was fantastic, and we loved spending our evenings cooking dinner and grilling on the barbecue. Every night, we used the temazcal (like a sauna), which made our stay even more special. Lesley and the groundskeeper were incredibly responsive, kind, and made us feel right at home. Lesley also shared local recommendations and kept us informed about daily events in San Marcos. An unforgettable stay, we wish we could have stayed longer!

¡Simplemente increíble! Esta casa frente al mar en Puerto San José superó todas nuestras expectativas. Espaciosa, cómoda y perfecta para nuestro grupo grande: 3 habitaciones, 7 camas y 4 baños, ¡ideal para disfrutar sin preocupaciones! La piscina fue un sueño y tener la playa a solo unos pasos hizo que cada momento fuera mágico. Andrés, el anfitrión, fue súper amable y atento, y los guardianes del lugar siempre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros, ayudándonos en todo momento. Además, nos dejaron carbón para la parrilla y leña para la fogata, lo que hizo nuestra estancia aún más especial. ¡Nos sentimos como en un paraíso! Sin duda, queremos regresar. ¡100 % recomendado!

We loved our stay here and would stay again! The badminton court and the kayak were great. The daily breakfasts were delicious and David helped book tuk tuks into town to go to restaurants. Only thing I would clear up is that there's really only 1 bedroom with privacy. The others are two and two without doors. Also, the beds are not the most comfortable, but worth it for the amenities!
