Beautiful spacious, comfortable apartment of 75m2 with air conditioning and fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. Terrace both front and side. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4 burner induction hob, oven, coffee maker etc. A very spacious bedroom with a double bed. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and underfloor heating for the winter. There is a closed parking lot.

A private balcony offers a distant view of the beach and gardens below. A table is set for breakfast, featuring pastries, juice, and fresh fruit. The open space is lined with glass doors that allow natural light to fill the area.
