Apartment of 60 square meters, very nice, recently renovated in a quiet residential area, on the second floor of a detached house. Located close to the city center, 1 minute from a supermarket, 2 minutes from the historic center, and in the center of a tourist region to discover summer and winter. The accommodation: The apartment consists of a living area with corner sofa, flat screen, coffee table an open kitchen with induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and any kitchen accessories. A dining table. Two bedrooms with double beds one in 160 and one in 140, bedroom with storage. One bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine, and independent toilet. Towels and bed-sheets are provided. Wood pellet stove heater. Balconies with views of the mountains. The neighborhood: quiet residential area, passage only for residents of the neighborhood. Great location, bakery, restaurants, market, historic center, cinema proximity without to get in a car. Transportation: The apartment is located 10 minutes' walking distance from the bus station, 3 km from the train station of Mont dauphin Guillestre. 20 minutes from the Vars and Risoul ski resorts or in winter free shuttles are at the availability for skiers. Cozy, clean and healthy 38 m2 apartment located at the entrance of this charming village of Guillestre. You will therefore have nearby (between 100 and 500 meters), the post office, bakeries, supermarket, bars/tobacconists etc... Guillestre is an ideal crossroads for mountain excursions and skiing, with the resorts of Vars and Risoul 20 minutes away (shuttles possible) + Queyras/Ecrins 30 minutes away. Apartment located on the 1st floor. 5 nights minimum, sometimes 1 or 2 nights to fill.

This 40 m2 mini house (34m2 + mezzanine) is located in Eygliers village, perfect for exploring different ski stations within 30min drive: Risoul, Vars, Ceillac, Arvieux, Puy Saint Vincent, Pelvoux, Crevoux, Les Orres... Cozy 2-bedroom apartment. Close to everything.

Spacious and comfortable apartment. No smoking and pets not allowed. 3 min walk from the city center and hiking routes. 20 min drive from the ski resorts of Vars, Risoul and the gates of Queyras. A small secure outdoor shed is available to store your bikes, ski and other equipment that are not allowed in the accommodation. The apartment is on the 1st floor, access is on the other side of the parking lot by an internal staircase.
