Monthly Rentals in Gulval

The pictures of this accommodation do not do it justice — everything is brand new and in spotless condition and the subtle seaside themed decor was adorable. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was very convenient with everything you’d need. The stove takes a while to heat up but is very easy to use. The space isn’t big but feels very spacious and was plenty of space for 2 people. The house is also easily within a 40min drive to anywhere you’d want to go — st Ives, Godrevy, Hayle beach, st Agnes, Land’s End etc…. As well as being a 5 min walk from the sea and a beautiful view of st Michael’s mount and Penzance city centre. It is also conveniently located near 3 supermarkets. The neighbourhood it is in is very peaceful and quiet. Finally, Lynn is a lovely host always making great local recommendations based on her very thorough knowledge of the area. She was very friendly but also gave us plenty of privacy and space. And her communication with us was excellent.

A lovely, spacious apartment which is in fantastic location. The kitchen is really well stocked with everything you could need. A great base to explore Cornwall. St Ives, Lands End and St Michael’s Mount are all short drives from the apartment. Our children, 4 and 7 loved the swimming pool and all of the Halloween activities. We had a great week and would definitely recommend.

we had a wonderful time there. the apartment was beautifull anche the wiev from the living room was stunning (st Michael's mounts is visibile). the apartment Is very cozy and the kitchen very well equipped.

We had a very comfortable 5 night stay at Maili’s flat. A perfectly sized one bedroom flat, with a very comfortable king size bed and well equipped kitchen. Just like the pictures. Good communication. Great stay!
