Welcome to our newly renovated historical home in the heart of Timmins. Originally built as part of the Hollinger housing development, this charming two-bedroom, one-bath detached house has been thoughtfully restored with modern comforts and clean design—all while preserving its heritage.

Perfect for professionals, long-term guests, or anyone seeking a cozy home base in a walkable location, the house is just steps from the grocery store, pharmacy, Starbucks, Beer Store, GoodLife Fitness, and more.

Inside, you’ll find a fully updated kitchen featuring a brand-new stove, microwave, and Bosch dishwasher. The space is equipped with all the essentials to cook and dine comfortably at home. A new BBQ is provided on the new back deck for guests who enjoy grilling at home during the summer season. The dining room has 4 chairs. New in-unit washer and dryer are included for your convenience, along with a drying rack and cleaning supplies.

Relax in the living room with a 65” Smart TV and strong WiFi—ideal for remote work or streaming your favorite shows. Each bedroom features a memory foam mattress, blackout curtains, and high quality alternative down duvet and pillows for a restful night’s sleep.

The renovated bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and a sleek vanity with ample lighting. We’ve added luxury touches throughout to make your stay feel elevated and comfortable.

Step outside to find parking for two vehicles in the private driveway. The semi-fenced backyard provides a bit of green space.

The BBQ is seasonal and available from May 15 to October 15, weather permitting. It is not available during the winter months due to snow, ice, and freezing temperatures.

For extended stays, weekly or biweekly housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee. The service includes a thorough cleaning of the home, along with fresh bedding and towels.
