Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Das kleine Ferienhäuschen befindet sich am Fuße des Singerbergs (Wanderung ca. 1 h) im kleinem Bergdorf Windisch Bleiberg mitten in den Karawanken auf 900 Höhenmetern. Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage und doch mitten im Alpe-Adria Raum. 1,5 Stunden Autofahrt zur slowenischen Küste Istrien, 50 Minuten zur Hauptstadt Sloweniens, Ljubljana und nicht zu vergessen die vielen Kärntner Seen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Häuschen ist nur für 2 Personen ausgestattet und max. 1 Haustier (!keine Kinder)

Den Bahnhof Pritschitz erreichen Sie in 7 min zu Fuss. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind auch in 7 min Fussweg zu erreichen.

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. Eine wunderschön eingerichtetes intimes Paradies mit Fernblick im ersten Stock für einen romantischen Aufenthalt. Von hier aus kann vom Einkauf über den Besuch von Kaffeehäusern und Restaurants bis zum Baden alles zu Fuß unternommen werden.

The stilt-felt studio offers a spacious bedroom/living space to the west as well as a bathroom with bathtub. The highlight is an additional stove to be fired with wood . The single bed can be extended to a comfortable double bed (160 cm). There is also a small cooking facility and a fridge. A sink is not provided and the dishes can be done in the bathroom.
