After traveling from the states, the time adjustment was rough! Waking up at 4am and having coffee and espresso available on site was great! The onsen is a huge perk! The beds were comfortable especially considering we are not accustomed to floor mats. We enjoyed the lawn space and outside deck. Free parking directly in front of the home. The location on the lake and view of Mount Fuji were fabulous. Thanks for a great stay!

The view of Mt Fuji can’t be compared to anything else and you can enjoy it every day, be it morning, noon or evening from the outside terrace as well as within a walking distance from Oishi Park! I had a great stay and would return without a doubt. The staff is very polite, helpful and friendly. Great place to stay if you want to have a peaceful stay at the feet of Mt Fuji.

The room is very big and very comfortable. The boss and lady boss are also very friendly. They recommended many places to eat and play. They also sent us to the station when we left. Highly recommended if you are coming to the seaside!!!

Very satisfied with a stay, the room is large, with a few clean windows, it happens to be the blossoming season, the view is nice.The host is very nice. The recommended restaurant is also delicious. The nowa sauce (I don't know if the spelling is correct) is very cute, and some are very cold. I hope to stay again next time.☺️

It's a great memory. mr Mark is a very gentleman, we can simply communicate in English, he is very welcoming and attentive, willing to help, and problems encountered during the check-in process will be handled in a timely manner. I stayed here for two days. The room is clean and tidy. The night is very quiet and comfortable to sleep in. Also, I really enjoyed the breakfast at mark, the best I ever had since Japan, and it was different for two days. My itinerary is relatively fast, and if there is plenty of time, I will chat more with mark, he is a fun person. Finally, a picture of my trip and check in is attached.

Peace One is a special place and Jun is a master host! Excellent dinners, breakfast and coffee. Very relaxing environment, onset is lovely, the house is magical and unique. Hiking up the mountain is recommended, medium difficulty for beginners. This was my favourite stay in Japan so far. Thank you for everything!

I loved my stay here so much I extended another night even when my Tokyo hotel has been booked. The view of Mt Fuji is unbeatable (better than the popular Fuji photo ops in tours). The surrounding is so tranquil yet accessible. Bus station (for Tokyo and the Fuji loop bus), 7-11 and Cafe Haconiwa (this is so good) were 200m away fr Mitsu’s place. Mitsu was very helpful with instructions to get there. Note: There’s only one shower on the 2nd flr (which I used) and a Japanese bath downstairs. Would love to come back here.

Lovely hostel in a great spot less than a minutes walk away from a stunning view of Mount Fuji, breakfast was recommended at a cafe at check in for a great price and was lovely food in the morning. Very clean shared spaces and a lovely place to spend a night near the mountain! Would highly recommend

A nice accommodation, with a lot of equipment in the kitchen like fresh coffee, snacks etc. The check-in was very flexible and smooth. We were able to reserve a free parking space before checking in. Also the receptionist was very friendly and had a lot of good tips for restaurants and activities in the area. All in all a great and good value stay if you don’t want to spend too much!

We loved staying at Tohru’s! His family were all so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us :) Tohru offered us lifts to and from the station, local recommendations for the best places to see Mount Fuji and even gave us postcards and photos when we left!🗻 Would definitely recommend staying here!!

I really like this place! Amazing location, kind staff, cheap bicycle rentals, super clean and very aesthetic vibe! My only complaint is that if there was AC i couldn’t find it and the place is a little expensive. I think it’s expensive cause of its convenient location literally on Honcho street where the famous pictures with Fuji-San are taken, so i understand. Regardless this is a very very nice place!!

We had an amazing time at peace one with Jun and Kimi! They were so helpful and fun to talk with:) If you know about Fuji area and that history, you stay here and talk with them! The sauna outside seeing cherry blossoms was THE BEST!! Unforgettable experience, surely I’ll come back next year!

The stay is very comfortable and very happy. The host is very enthusiastic. Chinese food is really delicious!We also wanted to order two dishes, but the free meal was so good and the portions were very warm enough for a homestay. We went because we didn't say in advance that the boss came to pick up and tossed it for a long time, the boss sent us to the station.

A great, very nice host family. Maki's breakfast was very tasty and the onsen a great relaxation in the evening. Maki's husband even drove us to the train station on the last day, very nice! A beautiful ryokan!
