We visited this homestay in March 1st week with family (3 of us). Hence, this review is given based on our experience with family. The weightage is 10 points for each area. 1. Cleanliness: Bedsheets & covers, towel, floor (10) 2. Space: Ample & beautiful (10) 3. Caretaker: Caring, attentive, professional (10) 4. Home odur: Natural (10) 5. Tourist spots: Temple, backwater, village life, peacock & birds, fort, bird sanctuary (8) 6. Interaction with the host: F2F (10) 7. Suitability: Family / friends (10) 8. Safety: Mesh, Nearby caretaker, 2 doors (10) 9. Need improvements: No (10) 10. Location: Village & easy way (10) Add on attraction: Sugarcane juice making, cycling, food (hence, +1) Rowan's recommendation: 9.9/10 (Yes) 5/5 Final words: We will visit again!

Its a good place to stay and the Host is very nice person . all necessary things available like kitchen access, washing machine, huge open balcony and place is also neat and clean. The stay is on terrace(pent house). I stayed here with my wife and kid. As its on top floor there was too-much heat at night and we could not sleep whole night due to heat and humidity. There is no AC. i wont recommend this place in summer.. remaining seasons its a best choice to stay here. I would have given 4* due to heat and sleepless night. But since the host is very nice i am giving 5*

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully maintained antique home in the heart of Mysore. The location was perfect—everything was easily approachable, and the serene temple nearby added to the charm. The house itself is a gem, reflecting its heritage while being equipped with all modern amenities. We never felt the need for anything else—it had everything we could ask for. The space was comfortable, and my parents especially loved the ambiance and nostalgic feel of the home. The hosts were fantastic—always approachable, providing timely updates, and ensuring a smooth experience. Their warmth and hospitality truly made this stay special. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic Mysore experience!
