Detached house on farmhouse 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. A staircase down the bathroom with a shower, WC, washing machine and iron. Two outdoor spaces with a smaller and a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels have the guest with them.

The cottage is secluded on a property with sea view and sun deck. Within five minutes walking distance, there are lovely swimming areas along beaches or cliffs. There are shops, restaurants, cafés and proximity to fishing, golf and hiking. The home is suitable for couples, individuals, and small families (maximum 3 people).
