You bike smoothly both to Getterön and Varbergs Fortress in about 20 minutes. Bus stop is about 7 minutes from the accommodation. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine Private patio available. Cozy own small house close to the sea, beach and Gothenburg

Our small guest house, bright and airy, in a separate part of the garden, in a calm area. It has two comfortable beds downstairs and two mattresses in the sleeping loft. Toilet, microwave, small fridge, small outdoor kitchen, barbecue, sheets, towels and outdoor furniture on the small terrace and in the gate. Private shower via private entrance in the large house near. Hammock and usually two bikes hammock. Teresa, a visual artist, works in the studio, garden, or taking a break on the beach. We enjoy guests and do our best to make everyone feel comfortable.

Our guest house with private entrance from the street, and private separate patio, offers fresh and comfortable accommodation close to the city center and 1.7 km to Skrea beach. Pizzeria and large food store (Coop) 75 m from the door. Approximately 5 minutes to restaurants and bars in the city center and 10-15 minutes to the beach (on foot). Large free parking right across the street. Wifi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bed linen or towels are not included, can be rented for 100 SEK/person. There is a duvet and pillow.

Welcome to fresh cottage in an amazing nature with species-rich surroundings. The cottage is added to 30 m2 and has a combined living room and kitchen. One bedroom and one sofa bed. When you look out you have some views of the lake where you also have access to boat for fishing and swimming. Don't be surprised if you see both moose and deer passing by the cabin. Ullared is only 40 minutes away and you will find grocery store 20 minutes drive from the cabin. There are a total of 3 cabins in the area and we are renting out two of these.

Follow the path along the cape to the jetty for a bath. Wood-fired sauna, boat and canoe you can rent on site. Sauna 500kr, boat or canoe 200kr. The cottage is connected to the nature reserve and hiking and biking trail. Fishing licenses are needed for fishing in the lake. Distance by car: 5 min to Simlångsdalen, 20 min to Halmstad

Our place is close to nice sea view. You'll love our place because of the views, the location and the vibe. Toppstugan is located about 7 km from Falkenberg center and around 600 meters from a lovely sandy beach that you will surely like. New for 2023 is that we fenced off the large terrace so dogs can avoid being on a leash.
