If you are looking for a sea walk or a salt bath, it is 400 meters down to the sea as you also see partly from the property. In the house, there are two apartments that share on the patio with chairs, table and grill. Access to laundry room. There are access to some bikes but it is otherwise easy to rent a bike through an app. If you want to borrow bicycles, this is agreed. Exercise trails and outdoor gym only 300 m away.

Falkenberg's largest and finest beach, Skrea Strand, is 8 minutes away by car, about 15 minutes by bike. The Ätran river and the meadows with nice green areas and walking paths are a 10-minute walk away.

The area is also well-suited for cycling. The private apartment is upstairs. The historic bakery, Börjes, is 500 meters away and is open in the summer. Parking in the driveway and a second car can be parked along the wall

Apartment in very good condition. Most of it is renovated the last years. A grand piano in our house, a stable building built in the year 1916, we live on the farm ourselves. Area 120m2, a large living room, three bedrooms, kitchen, toilet, shower and washing machine. Barbecue and garden furniture. Beautiful surroundings, walking paths and close to beautiful sea bathing. Calm and quiet from car traffic, even inside thanks to the thick stone walls. Guests will tell you that they slept very well. Quiet and cool.
