Cozy cottage by the sea south of Varberg

Renovated little guest cottage near the sea and a fine sandy beach in southern Träslövsläge (Läjet), 8 km south of Varberg. Läjet is an old fishing village with cute wooden houses, narrow alleys and harbor. In the summer there's a long line to the icecream café Tre Toppar and good food is served at Joel's brygga. Nearby there is a bus stop to Varberg, which is a lovely summer town, known for its fortress, salt bath, spa and surf. Ca 40 min. to Gothenburg by train or car to Ge-Kå's in Ullared.

Only 600m to the sea and just 100m to a small forest with nice walks. Bua is a small fishing village at the west coast of Sweden, close to Gothenburg (65km), Kungsbacka (38km) Varberg (25km) & the famous shopping place GeKås Ullared (50km). Our nice guest house on cozy Södra Näs. Here you live on 37 sqm with a high standard between Träslövsläge and Apelviken. You walk in a few minutes to several swimming beaches or restaurants. You see the beautiful blue sea, from the kitchen table. The cottage has a full kitchen with everything necessary for cooking everyday or partying. The bathroom has in addition to the toilet, shower and sink also a combined wash and dryer. Patio with table, chairs and barbecue.

A private apartment that is in our workshop area just outside our residential building. Hiking and cycling in magical nature. Jälluntoftaleden is 12 km long and is close. Perch and pike in the lake. Fiber network on rainy days! You have access to a boat and firewood. No fishing license required.

The guest house has a double bed. In the sleeping loft, there is a small double bed and a baby bed. Small shower and toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchenette and fridge. A patio deck on the short side of the guest house is accessed through a stable door from inside the carport. There's a gas grill. View of the beech forest and our chicken farm. Sheets and towels are included. Cleaning included.
