The chalet is inside a green oasis of meadow, pasture and vegetable gardens, surrounded by a dense forest of centuries-old pine trees. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, contact with themselves and nature. The view of the 4,000 Swiss mountains is breathtaking! During the winter season, in case of snowfall, you will need to park about 500 meters from the chalet, we will gladly help you with your luggage!

Wonderful rustic duplex, set in the core of Avegno, offers peace and silence. Inside there is a small dining room with fireplace and pine cone and a new kitchen; going up the stairs you access the two bedrooms, a double bedroom from a thousand and one nights and a convertible from single bed to double bed and a comfortable bathroom von bathtub. Outside there are plenty of spaces to read or eat, a gorgeous terrace with chaise longue, a patio with table and chairs, and a small garden with armchairs.

Located in a quiet location near the village of Cavagnago (1020 meters above sea level), this typical farmhouse of the Leventina Valley offers an incredible view of the majestic mountains that surround it. Spend relaxing days in the "Cortinella - Alpine Hideaway", a simply furnished chalet up to 6 people, which nevertheless offers you all the comforts you expect from a home in the mountains. The property is located in the agricultural zone away from any civilisation. The car park is about a 20-minute walk from the house. A driving licence to the property can be purchased. In snowy conditions, access is only possible on foot (with snowshoes).

The chalet is currently suitable for 2 persons and is fully equipped. Kitchen and bathroom have been renovated (2024/25).
