Great Group Stay Near Canterbury Fantastic place! Stayed with a group of 6, and importantly, there was a bed provided for everyone. The house had everything else we needed for a great weekend. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this absolutely beautiful place, one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at . So beautifully designed . It’s also in a perfect location to discover Rye . Peaceful and yet in the centre of town . We didn’t want to leave !

Amazing location just behind a sand dune off amber beach. Perfect place to stay with kids, lots of games and activities if it’s raining and the beach for when it’s not! Great and clean facilities - everything you could need for an escape to the seaside!

We loved our stay at Lucy and Geoff’s beautiful home. The spa, sauna and ice tub were an added luxury. The house is stunning, extremely welcoming and cozy with wood burning fireplaces. Wonderful kitchen and dinning area with amazing views. It felt very private. Great location, close to shops and cafe’s. We had a recommendation from the local wine merchants to visit the Gallipot Inn for Sunday lunch and we weren’t disappointed! Lovely family run pub with great homemade food. Lucy and Geoff’s house is only a 45 minute drive to Brighton which was a great day trip. Wished we could have stayed longer to explore the area and vineyards. Hosts were lovely to deal with a super communicative. Would highly recommend a stay here. Ideal for families

Beautiful house that looks like the pictures. Peaceful area - we all slept really well in comfortable beds and thanks to black-out blinds. Cosy living room with fireplace, and everything you need in the kitchen. There's a bus stop nearby (but worth having a car). A very short walk to the beach and small supermarket too! We used the garden furniture for lunch one day.

Catriona's place is very nice and can sleep upto 8 people, so if your going to a family is perfect. It is also baby friendly, I have a 4 month old and there is a crib that fits next to me in the master bedroom. Catriona's flat is in a perfect location. It's only 11 minutes drive to Rye, which is a lovely historical place and lots of lovely restaurants and cafés. The beach is a 3 minute walk from the flat and is worth talking a walk to the sand beach, I can imagine in the summer it's crazy busy down the beach. We had a lovely 2 days stay! Catriona left fresh fruit and milk and food in the cupboard which is a lovely touch. we also received a text message asking if we had checked in ok. Thanks Catriona

Exactly as described. Good place if you need to be in Ashford early next day and don't want to stay in the middle of Ashford city

We have just returned from a lovely stay in Shinglebay 12. It is a beautiful caravan, clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need from a holiday home. The location is perfect, right on the beach and close to lots of fab days out. We came with 3 children 2, 7 and 14 and they all had a great time and already asking when we can come back! This was my first time visiting friends in Kent from Liverpool, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Maidstone East station was just a short walk from this lovely accommodation, making it incredibly convenient. Mitchell was kind enough to provide his contact details in case I needed any assistance, though everything was smooth and straightforward upon arrival. The property was spotless, with a clean, fresh scent, and it had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The fast internet was a lifesaver as I had a work meeting to attend before heading out for some shopping at Maidstone Centre with friends. After a long day of travel and socialising, the hot shower and bath were the perfect way to unwind, with lovely smelling soaps provided, and fresh white towels! There’s also a small spa nearby for any last-minute items you might need for a short stay. There’s also a private parking available if you live abit closer than I do. I’ll be looking to book again next year

Our family had a wonderful few days at the gorgeous Oast House property. Stunning setting with views across the fields. Local walks were great and maps available, along with local attractions all close by. Heather prepared an amazing meal for us which was well worth the money and the property had everything we needed for a peaceful and enjoyable few days away from the big smoke. The guest book in the property says it all about what a fantastic place this is. Highly recommend and look forward to returning soon.

We had a wonderful stay at The Granary. The setting is exceptional and you feel like you’re in a historic hamlet in the middle of beautiful, peaceful countryside. The hosts were great, leaving us to our own devices but on hand and responsive if needed. The Granary has been expertly restored as have the other historical buildings on site and the grounds are beautifully presented. We had everything we needed in the property. We would highly recommend booking a stay. Don’t forget your swim wear - the pool and jacuzzi are fantastic!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Josephine was a thoughtful, communicative host. The property is immaculate, beautifully renovated and well thought out. The garden was a lovely little sun trap in the evenings and also immaculately maintained. It has everything we needed and more, including local walks and recommendations. We loved our stay, very well situated for visiting various local places - Eastbourne, Drusillas, Battle & Hastings. Really peaceful setting, and loads of great places to eat locally.

Richard's cottage is everything you can wish for, stunning surroundings with lots of footpaths to explore the area. The cottage itself is a little gem with a stunning garden on the river. It's beautiful and peaceful. Richard is a great host, so friendly and helpful with lots of good recommendations. We can't wait to visit again.

Lovely accomodation! Although we were only able to stay for a short while, we still had a lovely time. We thoroughly enjoyed the woodland walk (and so did our two chihuahuas). The property was immaculate too. Thank you!

The perfect spot to stay in Camber. The house is in a great location and has everything you need, especially with kids. Very responsive and helpful host. I would highly recommend.

Diana and her husband live in a wonderful place, and we feel so grateful for the experience we had there! The surrounding country side is superb, the cottage is functional, clean, well decorated. We just spent one of our best family holidays ever! Thank you!

For my first holiday away with my 2 beautiful children I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better stay. The cottage is beautiful, the gardens and surrounding grounds are stunning, simply a lovely place to be. We spent a lot of time in the cottage and use if the new fire pit in the evenings as it was so peaceful and relaxing. 2 main attractions for us were Pooh Corner with Ashdown Forrest for all your Winnie the Pooh adventures, and Hever Castle which is a lovely day out. Tennis courts and a lovely pool to boot ❤️❤️❤️ Caroline left some beautiful touches, some Easter treats for my children and a host of food and fresh juice, lovely 😍❤️
