A beautiful garden annex with a separate kitchen and shower room over-looking Crag Wood located in our back garden.We are located just on the edge of Gargrave, and just a short walk to the Main Street where you can find x2 Yorkshire dales pubs, a co-op, pharmacy, cafe and some local shops. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk away, with bus services to Skipton, Settle and Malham.Please note the kitchen/bathroom are separate from the annexe & are accessed via a separate door directly next door.

An ideal location for walking, cycling, mountain biking or just relaxing. Close to Malham Cove, Ingleton Falls, Gisburn Forest, Bolton Abbey, Ingleborough Caves, Yorkshire three peaks, to name a few. On the edge of the Pennine Moors with country walks from the doorstep this modern annex is in a peaceful location at the end of a cul-de-sac in Trawden. The village has a great pub, cafe and community shop with locally sourced & eco-friendly produce. Bronte Country, Pendle Hill and Skipton (the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales) are under half an hour drive away. Off road parking, peaceful garden with superb views A welcome pack of milk, bread, butter & jams, cereals, tea, coffee provided.

The 1855 Wash House is a studio cottage, located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is on one level apart from one step down into the kitchen. The studio is situated at the rear of a Victorian terrace within the owners garden. There is an outdoor flagged area for guests with sheltered seating for 2. There is a permit parking space at the front of the cottage. Several early morning opening cafes are close by and Marks and Spencers Simply food is just around the corner.

Langcliffe is a quiet,picturesque Dales village just a short walk from Settles pubs and restaurants. It is a popular starting point for walkers visiting the Victoria caves, Malham , 3 peaks , settle loop, 3 different waterfalls and wild swimming spots are all near by.
