Help with post-trip issues
Your trip is over, but there are a few things to wrap up (maybe you left something at the place, or your Host charged you for something extra). Here’s how to settle any outstanding issues with your reservation or Host.
Whether there’s concerns about owing your Host money or disagreeing with a review, let’s try to resolve it quickly. To send money to your Host, head over to the Resolution Center within 60 days of checkout. To respond to a review you disagree with, you can do that in Reviews, as long as it’s within 30 days of when the Host’s review was written.

If you left something behind
Did you leave behind a sweater or your favorite hat? Message your Host directly through the app to let them know. If you need to have your Host ship you an item, you can send them money to cover the shipping cost directly through the Resolution Center.
