This place was perfect for me. I am retired but work part-time remotely via my laptop, and it really helps when it is quiet. This place was extremely quiet. What you get compared to the initial description was accurate. You get a clean room that is quiet, and nobody bothers you. They don't have daily or weekly room service, but I like it that way. If you stay long term, like I did you probably will drive into Sioux Falls once a week anyway. That's when I did my own laundry as I ran errands. When you email or text the owners / managers, they reply quickly. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No problem with any types of bugs or vermin. I did not see any of that. Overall great for me, and a great price.

We had a great time in Marshall! It was a cute, little home that fit 9 women comfortably! There were plenty of beds and a nice living room to hang out. And it was in a good location, safe and walkable to downtown!

The community of St Leo is small, you could almost throw a rock from one end to the other. There is a Church and Bar, one is open on Sunday and the other isn’t. As Jared explains your nearest Grocery store is a short 10 miles away. But other than the occasional truck passing by, it is quiet and peaceful! And very reasonable! I enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the birds. Cell coverage is spotty at times but he does have high speed internet on site which helps greatly.

Lori's lake home was the perfect setting for our family to gather for Thanksgiving weekend. It's very bright, spacious and comfortable. The size of the kitchen accommodated all our cooking needs while also allowing us to work on a puzzle at the enormous island at the same time. The heated garage and extra refrigerator were nice extras that we didn't anticipate. Lori was very responsive and accommodating of our requests. We hope to visit again soon!
