This is a fully furnished residential apt. at the lower level in a house. Only the "kitchen" (on the main floor) will be shared with me. You will be occupying the unit downstairs and I, the one upstairs. Near parks, lakes, eateries, shops, the silver lake beach, downtown Mpls. The perfect location that is SUPER quiet yet near everything! Reminder that this is a "1 guest/person" unit rental. Cute mother-in-law suite in a newer townhouse neighborhood. Great area with biking trails, walking trails, shopping, and dining nearby. We live in a very culturally diverse neighborhood with plenty dining/grocery store options. 20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, easy access to 610 freeway. Less than 5 miles from Arbor Lakes retail shops, with many more restaurants/specialty shops/grocery stores for anything you may need. Perfect for travel nurses also. This is a very safe area.
