Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

There is no oven, only a microwave and stove. Pfullendorf is 10 minutes away and Überlingen is 15 minutes away by car. The area is quiet and great for hiking.
