Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

The apartment is situated in Seelfingen, a small idyllic village, only 9 km away from the Lake Constance. It is an ideal region for a relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. The apartment has 56 m² and is situated on the first floor of a house. The apartment has one room, which is divided in sleeping area containing one double bed, sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs and a fully equiped kitchen. There is a bakery, a village shop in the village center as well as a 24/7 shop in the neighboring suburb with regional products. Good public transport connection (3 min. walk). Quiet apartment for relaxation

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

We offer a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (140 and 180 beds), a 60 x 200 sofa bed and a 180 x 200 fold-out sofa bed. Washing machines, coffee maker, dishwasher and fast Wi-Fi are available. There is no oven, only a microwave and stove. Pfullendorf is 10 minutes away and Überlingen is 15 minutes away by car. The area is quiet and great for hiking. By (e-)bike, 5 (bathing) lakes can be reached within 2.5 hours. Lake Constance or the Danube can be reached by car in 30 minutes. Or you can simply enjoy the garden of the lovingly renovated log cabin and take time for thoughtful walks...
