Another lovely stay at Tracey’s place ❤️ This is our 4th year coming x As soon as we walk in the door the cottage gives you a big welcoming hug , Tracey goes the extra mile with a warm welcoming personal card a basket of goodies and beer and milk in the fridge along with tea coffee etc etc x you can just walk in and sit down enjoy that incredible view with a brew or beer , even Otis ( our Frenchie ) is so relaxed here , the neighbours are so friendly and have a warm smile and chat , I cannot recommend this place enough we absolutely love coming ❤️ Tracey is a great host and has a beautiful little gem in the heart of Yorkshire I am so happy we found this place Thank you Tracey Lots of love Tracey Wayne and Otis ❤️🐾❤️

We had the best time at the cottage! We stayed here over our wedding weekend, and Jane and her Husband were so lovely! They wrote us a card and sent us off to our honeymoon in France with loads of good cafe recommendations, the whole stay was incredible special. My husband was also able to fish on location, with two trout takes on the idyllic Derwent! Overall an absolutely brilliant stay, would recommend to anyone- Thank you Jane!

Fantastic place. We were very lucky with the weather so having breakfast in the lovely garden with the great views was a real treat. If you like walking, it couldn’t be better located. A steep walk up the hill across the road from the cottage gets you on to the ridge and gives you access to any walk you like- great ridge, Mam Tor, Edale, Jacob’s Ladder, Kinder Scout and the Pennine Way- we didn’t have to drive the car at all and walked each day from the cottage. Had a wonderful meal at the Old Hall Inn at Chinley.

The location is superb. The attention to detail in all of the fixtures and fittings at Stoop Farm showed an exceptionally thoughtful host. Richard was very helpful suggesting a most enjoyable walk. Overall our two day break was outstanding.
