Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in High Rock Lake

Really great place. Clearly recently renovated and very clean. We were comfortable the whole time. Only downside is that you can hear people walking in the other Airbnb above you, but I knew that was going to happen.

Good place to stay. Easy to get around Charlotte from the location.

This is the cutest little Airbnb close enough to all the fun things you may want to do during your stay in Charlotte! We loved our time and hope to stay again!! Rene is a wonderful host too. Very responsive to messages sent, and easy to communicate with. She checks in often enough that you feel cared for, but not so often that it feels invasive — just the right balance. She makes the space homey & sets everything up so when you arrive and check in, it feels just like walking into a home away from home. It’s clean, spacious, and has everything you might need — even things for cooking all your meals from scratch!! We highly recommend this little spot.

This rental was absolutely perfect for our trip. My brother and I visited our family in Kannapolis, and we loved it. Very clean and comfortable, two separate bedrooms and bathrooms so that we could each have our own space. So many great things within walking distance, we love that downtown! Highly recommended!

We had the most peaceful stay. My husband and I were there for work. I am also finishing my bachelor’s degree. Having the extra den/ bedroom was perfect for that. I bring my on portable desk so the private space was exactly what I needed. The entire place is was well equipped for all our needs. We highly recommend and hope to get to stay again in the future. Jenny and her home were exceptional. She was responsive and detailed in her instructions of home area, amenities and the overall experience was amazing. Close to many restaurants and easy to find and access the home.

Spotless house! Large, fully fenced yard which was perfect for our dog. The house had everything we needed to get through the week and the neighborhood was very clean and quiet. Definitely a 10 out of 10 and I would stay here again when I'm back in the area.

My family really enjoyed Jeremy's place. Felt right at home and very cozy. I love interior design and the place was decorated really nice! The place had everything we needed. However, tv's in the bedrooms would be a plus. Nice and clean can't even tell pets are welcomed. 10/10 would stay again.

Tara's Airbnb was the perfect place to stay while visiting Charlotte. In a very central location the airbnb is on a quiet street with lovely yard and outdoor space, close to the city center. The place was clean and spacious with plenty of beds. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathrooms were spotless. This place is beautifully decorated and it really felt like a home away from home. Parking was so easy and Tara and Ali were easy to communicate with and check in was so smooth. We were so lucky to stay here and can’t wait to come back.

Great stay and neighborhood for quick weekend getaway for 9 adults and 2 kids to sleep comfortably. Close Accra to a bunch of things to do.

We were in Charlotte for me to have major surgery. I am also in a wheelchair. The condo is very wheelchair accessible, wide doorways, room to turn around in bathroom. I ran into one minor problem, the bedroom sides of the bed were not wide enough for my wider wheelchair so i couldn't park right at the head of the bed, we made the foot of the bed the head for our stay and it worked out great. Everything else was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place in Charlotte - too many pubs/restaurants to list that are walking distance. The instructions were clear and helpful, the place was clean and bed was comfortable. If we are back in Charlotte we would definitely stay here again!

Marc’s spot is in a stellar location - good food (for most moods and $$ ranges) shops, music venues, drinks all within walking distance. It is also a short walk to the light rail which can take you to other neighborhoods in the city. The loft is even better than pictured, beautiful space. Not to mention Marc is an unbelievably kind host. This is my new go-to booking for Charlotte trips. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was extremely pleased with the apartment. It was clean and quaint. I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a door man. The apartment was clean and lend itself to choice of eating in or dinning out. The bedrooms were equipped with 1 king and 2 queens which worked out great for me being 6 “ 1. There was ample amount of parking making it very stress free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends when they visit the area.

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

Where do I even begin, first the communication between Sylena & I was amazing! Any questions I had were answered both professionally & promptly. I’ve been to multiple airbnbs before but never have i ever been to an airbnb that felt exactly like home, and never have I ever had such a wonderful interaction with a host the way I did with Sylena. She was sympathetic towards me and my family wanting a late check out, and allowed us to do so. She also made sure anything that we needed, we had. The location was convenient about 8 minutes from uptown and it was surrounded by many food places. I will definitely be booking with Sylena again, 1000/10 recommended. It would be selfish of me not to share how amazing my experience was.. however; it’s first come first serve lol so not everybody run at once, but RUN AND BOOK WITH WITH HER NOW!! :)

Very clean, safe, and cozy! Check in/out is a breeze, there is a full kitchen and Smart TV with capabilities for all streaming services. I’m a stickler for cleanliness and the Aycock Suite was great!!
