Our attic flat has a maximum capacity for 2 adults, but is also perfect for a small family e.g 2 adults & an infant. The blonde sandstone, category A listed townhouse is around 170 years old. There are about 74 steps up to the flat door (which includes a quirky 22 step spiral stair at the end) and there isn’t a lift. The 180 year old Botanic Gardens are about 100yds away.

Kelvinbridge subway is right next door and is only 6 minutes to central Glasgow. But don’t worry, you can’t hear the subway at all! Nearby amenities offer an embarrassment of riches with many of the best restaurants, pubs, cafes and bakeries within a two minute walk. You’ll be spoilt for choice when choosing dinner out!
