The apartment is on the first floor overlooking the forest and the river valley. There is a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen, private bathroom and a cozy living room with a workspace and internet access. Access to the garden in the forest edge and the possibility of walking in the forest. Free parking and the house is a 10-minute walk from the bus connection to Aarhus city center. No pets allowed.

In this cozy cottage you can completely unwind and enjoy the beautiful view of both fields and forests. The cottage is for you who appreciate outdoor life and like the simple life close to nature. Here you live a little on nature's terms, as the electricity comes from solar cells, the water from the gutter, and the heat from the sun and wood in the wood-burning stove. You must therefore hold back on consumption - in return, you can enjoy the silence, see beautiful sunsets and wild animals such as deer and birds of prey.

25 min from Aarhus city center, this apartment is located on a disused farm. In it you will be close to the city, on the beach, on Djurs summerland and many other sights here in Midtjylland. When you drive into the courtyard, you will see the cozy courtyard and orangery with a wood-burning stove that you can enjoy and the children can play in the large garden. There is also a shelter and fire pit! The apartment has a bedroom, living room with a nice sofa bed and a smaller kitchen and a nice bathroom with toilet!

I Aarhus finder du både spændende shopping-muligheder og kulturtilbud af enhver art. Lejligheden er 80kvm med et meget smukt lysindfald. Her et lækkert køkken alrum, bad, soveværelse og altan med udsigt over havn og hav. Det fantastisk at åbne ud til altanen og nyde den friske havluft samt nyde et glas vin til udsigten.

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Midt i Nationalpark Mols Bjerge med adgang til et utal af vandreture, lige uden for døren. Huset er placeret på en dejlig stor grund med plads til havespil og bag huset er en skråning med store bøgetræer. Sommerhuset ligger 2,5 km fra den meget børnevenlige Femmøller Strand, og der er sti hele vejen. Stien fortsætter til den fantastiske købstad Ebeltoft med gode handelsmuligheder og eventyrlige brostensbelagte gader. 45 min fra huset ligger Aarhus og mange kulturelle oplevelser.
