Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

Neue, moderne Ferienwohnung für 2-6 Personen mit herrlichem Berg- und Talblick von fast allen Fenstern! Die Skiregion Hochoetz ist 10min (gratis Skibus) und eine Rodelbahn 100m vom Haus entfernt. Highlights sind neben den Wohlfühlschlafzimmern mit Panoramablick unter anderem die 2 Bäder (eines mit Waschmaschine), die neue Küche, Fußbodenheizung, der großzügige Gartenbereich mit Terrasse und die Lage am oberen Ortsrand (ohne Durchgangsverkehr), die Wanderungen/Radtouren vom Haus weg ermöglicht.

Eine Bushaltestelle bzw. die Pitztaler Landesstraße sind 2km entfernt, die erste Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 4,5km. Das Schigebiet Hochzeiger ist in 8km erreichbar; der Pitztaler Gletscher in 25km. Haus Kunz is located at the end of Imsterberg. Very quiet, high above the Inn Valley. Our Studio Larsen consists of a large double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, cozy sitting area, shower/toilet, a large terrace with sitting area and grill. Enjoy our new outdoor sauna with mountain panorama! For motorcycles, we have a garage!!!
