Monthly Rentals in Hognaston

Great house , we loved our stay, bedrooms were all lovely and very spacious. Whole house is great, and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals and nice large combined fridge and freezer. We ate at the Red lion over the road, very handy and fabulous food and very welcoming as where everyone we met in the village. Hognaston is a great base for walking and you can walk to Carsington water in 25 mins . Good info in the house pack and the air hockey table was a great surprise and added to the fun .

Thank you both for hosting us. Your place was beautiful. Very well presented and comfortable. Perfect starting spot to see different parts of Derbyshire. The pub was 50 metres away and the food was great there. All the locals were really friendly.

We had a very smooth visit - the dining area table was fantastic for spreading large board-games over which we thoroughly enjoyed playing pretty much all weekend, only taking breaks to go on a few short walks around the lovely area and a delicious dinner at the local pub.

We had a fantastic stay at Emma's cottage. The place is spotlessly clean with everything you would require in the kitchen. The toiletries in the bathroom are a lovely touch. The photos do not do this place justice. Location is great to explore the area. The pub in the village was excellent and did a great dinner for us. I would thoroughly recommend this place and we will happily book again if we return to the area. Thank you so much Emma.
