Loanside Lodge is a newly converted one bedroom detached self-catering property set in the grounds of our family home. The Lodge is completed to a high standard making you feel like it's home from home. We are situated in the parish of Holm in the East Mainland of Orkney. We are the perfect location for visiting local wildlife and Orkneys archaeological sites. The Italian Chapel and Churchill Barriers are both a few minutes drive away and we are about 10 minutes (6.3miles) from Kirkwall.

It overlooks the historic sight of Scapa Flow. We are situated in Holm, Orkney, which is less than a 10minute drive to Kirkwall (main town). A car is advised if you are staying at Maydene as it is around a 20 minute walk to the main bus route. We also provide information about Orkney and attractions to visit.
