This spacious home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs), kitchen, living/dining room and additional sitting room with doors to the garden. It is at the end of a no-through lane a few minutes walk from the town. It has a secure back garden and free parking right outside the house. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

We are pleased to offer our brick and flint cottage situated in the popular town of Holt. The cottage believed to date to 1780 has wide oak floorboards and sash windows overlooking neighbouring other houses. The cottage is within the town centre which offers many charming shops, restaurants, galleries and coffee shops. Showman's Wagon in Cottage Garden

Romantic 'gypsy' style showman's wagon (c. 1920) in idyllic cottage garden with wonderful birdsong and views of a medieval church. It was recently renovated with electricity, basic kitchen and has use of a private bathroom attached to the cottage as well as a piece of garden with outside seating and fire bowl. The Wagon is available in the summer months only - from Easter to mid September.
