The beautiful garden flat offers space for 6 people. Your parking space is right in front. On the ground floor you will find a modern eat-in kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious bedroom for two people. Two further cosy bedrooms for two people each are located in the basement.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Beautifully located between Munich and the Alps in the Upper Bavarian village of Aying is our apartment "Kirchblick" on the 2nd floor of a newly renovated country house with a total of three apartments. The apartment impresses with its high rooms, the beautiful views and its high-quality amenities. There are 2 separate bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. The open-plan fitted kitchen offers cooking comfort at the highest level.

Our wooden house was completed in the summer of 2021. The natural material wood is not only in the facade, on the floor or on the ceiling, wood swirls around you with the great smell and a great feeling of living. It was built in a passive house manner, i.e. in summer the thick walls keep the heat out and in winter it is nice and warm. Come in and take a deep breath in this quiet location.

The house is located just a few meters' walk from the lake and the center of Schliersee. In the surrounding area there are many opportunities to do mountain sports and then relax in the large, sunny apartment. A large balcony offers the possibility to enjoy the sun from the house. In addition, a parking space is offered directly at the property.
