A beautiful house that has fully fulfilled our wishes as shown in the pictures. Due to its strategically good location, there are a variety of opportunities for activities. Lisa had also left great tips (also for restaurants). We definitely recommend the place.

We stayed with Nathalie for the second time and felt very comfortable. Everything clean and very individually decorated. There's something new to discover every time. Since we were there every time in winter, we did not yet enjoy the beautiful garden and the great terrace. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The house is centrally located and everything is within walking distance (train station, center, restaurants, bakery...). Nathalie is the warmth in person. We'll be happy to come back.

It's an insane great place to stay. We rented the entire house for 12 and hid a great ski vacation. The apartments are exactly the same - the description of Bellvilla is not correct here. There are two bedrooms each on each floor with one Double bed and a single bed. In addition, there is a huge living-dining area on each floor with a sitting area and a sleeping couch. The sauna is great. We strongly recommend to make direct contact with the residents, as communication via Bellvilla disturbs here. We highly recommend the holiday here. It is sparkling clean, there is everything you need and you can tell that the hosts themselves value the maintenance. It all looks like new. In addition, the accommodation is recommended for holidays with children. The homeowners have an organic farm next door where our city children were allowed to marvel at Hüner, cows and donkeys. Great!

Had a wonderful stay at the holiday house in Reith im Alpbachtal. The house is fully equipped, spotless clean on arrival, very welcoming. We visited at Christmas so had to do grocery shopping for the holidays. The concierge and family made it easy to drop off the luggage and groceries early, that was so nice! The surroundings looked like something out of a fairytale. Would love to visit again soon!

Really happy with our stay. Communication with the host was great. The house was beautiful, magical and clean. It had some interesting and vintage furniture and collector’s items, which made it very special. It had everything to cook, also clean towels, etc. The location was really great too - close enough to the center but located in a peaceful residential neighborhood with a really good bakery nearby. We had a stay with 4 adults and 3 children. The house was very large with spacious rooms and plenty of parking. All the amenities were available and it was really clean. The only downside… the same period has already been booked next year.

We were for a girls vacation in the beautiful laundry house in Grassau. The place is totally cute and shopping is within walking distance. The location is a very good starting point for hikes on site, but day trips to Königssee or Tegernsee can also be reached within an hour's drive. Lake Chiemsee is "next door" and there are plenty of possibilities there too. The house was super nicely decorated and we felt very comfortable.

We’ve been here 2 times now and both times were amazing. The place is great and the host did a great job with helping out if there was anything. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here with our family of 12 people ages 5-82 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is beautiful and the town of Garmisch is fantastic. Tons to do, absolutely stunning location, easily walkable to a million things. We hope to be back.

What a fantastically beautiful retreat surrounded by nature! The Suttenhütte is not just a place to stay – it is a lovingly designed home decorated with so much heart and attention to detail. Simply mega. Every morning we were greeted by a curious fox. & the starry sky is a blast.
We immediately felt at home and felt welcome here. It is a place to arrive, feel comfortable. This place gives peace, inspires and invites you to dream. From the bottom of our hearts, we look forward to coming back.

We had a really nice weekend at Adventure Bavaria's Burg Villa! Everything was very well communicated and easy to find, self check-in straightforward. The house is spacious, very cozy and perfectly equipped (with top coffee machine) - especially the terrace with mountain views is a dream. We are completely satisfied and would come back anytime. Our stay over the Easter holidays in the house was great. We were 8 adults and 3 children who had a lot of space to play and romp. The adjacent forest also offers good opportunity for walks. There was everything we needed and also the equipment of the kitchen was great. I would be happy to come back.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Nicholas’s house. The countryside is beautiful and there are totally stunning views of the mountains from the back of the house. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna very much, and my nephew enjoyed saying hello to the chickens. The bedrooms were generously sized and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and washing machine room was essential and very welcome for our family after muddy walks. It was great how close a few walking trails were to the lake and across the moor, and the town is walkable too, with a good selection of a few local shops and larger supermarket for groceries. Even on the rainy days, the house was a very peaceful place to spend time and the large smart tv and games cupboard was a blessing for adults and toddler alike. Special thanks to the caretakers who helped make our stay especially comfortable with thoughtful recommendations and guidance when we needed it about the house.

Lovely home in a lovely location. Travel tip: Exactly follow house rules and have a vehicle is required, as the house is located remotely from the store and lake. Very nice hosts, all problems were solved with Kiara in the best possible way. Be sure to read the rules in the voucher carefully and you are provided with a paradise vacation.

We came and stayed at Madsen’s place for a week while attending Bauma in Munich. The place was fantastic! It was very clean and had plenty of room. It is a short walk away from a grocery store and several good places to eat. The train station is about a 15 to 20 minute walk based upon pace but it is in a very quiet and safe area. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we comeback to Munich. Thank you Madsen for being such an excellent host.
