I rent my beautiful, renovated studio apartment at the train station in Holzkirchen with large living-dining-sleeping area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower tub and washing machine, balcony and parking. Super centrally located, everything can be reached within 2-5 minutes on foot: train station, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, medical center, gym, etc. By car/train it is approx. 30 minutes to Munich and also approx. 30 minutes to the mountains and lakes.

This apartment is a separate area in a detached house with a private bathroom and a full kitchen. It is located in the basement as a semi-basement apartment with 2 large windows. The furniture was completely new in 2022. A large smart TV and Wi-Fi are available and there is also the possibility to use the washing machine. The house itself is situated in an idyllic location in the countryside. Destinations such as the thermal spa Erding and Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.

Beautiful quiet basement apartment (approx. 38 m²) in a rural area (1.5 km to Bad Tölz). Hiking, mountain biking or skiing, all nearby. The nearest supermarket is in Bad Tölz (about 1.5 km). From Bad Tölz, a train runs hourly to Munich Central Station.
