Loved my stay at Sayoko’s place! The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet but just on the outskirts of a busy market street with everything you could ask for within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The space is also walkable to so many major train lines that it’s the perfect home base for getting anywhere in Tokyo with ease. Sayoko was kind and responsive, and has put a lot of heart into making her space accommodating. I would highly recommend, and will stay here again the next time I visit Tokyo!

Max really great host and I enjoyed stay there. Very near the station and Komagome Station is part of Yamanote line like basically you can go anywhere easy and effortlessly

Nice place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff and also it has a karaoke bar in the same building.

Visiting for the second time and probably would come again if I'm ever around Kyoto. Great peaceful neighbourhood with a lot of lovely cafes run by locals for locals, insane value for the price, all amenities present: bathtub, lots of dishes, washing machine etc. Hosts are extremely responsive: helped me purchase an item on Mercari, took an Amazon delivery for us, lent us scales and screwdriver on demand and endured my poor Japanese all the time :) 13/10 would recommend :)

This place was a perfect stay for me and my friends would recommend to anyone who wants to be around shinjuku without the the busy hustle of the city.

Very pleasant stay, convenient🥰 transportation, convenient store just across the street!The room is tidy and clean, just for two people, one person will be more spacious!It is a little noisy (because it is by the side of the road) if the windows are open, but the sound insulation is also good after closing the windows!The overall stay was very comfortable, and I stayed here next time in Osaka!🥰🥰❤️

The apartment is clean and comfortable for 4 people. We appreciated the two bathrooms and the free bicycles which are really a plus! Takeshi was a very nice and proactive host, he replied very quickly to our questions and gave us very good suggestions. We recommend his apartment!

The room is very clean ~ It is very close to Kyoto station and bus station, convenient transportation, the staff is very kind, the response is very timely, it provided us with a good transportation service.

We had a nice time at Sakuras Apartment. Metro Station and supermarkets are only about 10 minutes walk. The apartment was really modern and clean, everything we needed was there. I can recommend the apartment!

The space was quite spacious, and there were amenities such as a microwave and toaster, so it was good to use. You can watch Netflix for free, and the weather was cold because it was winter, but there was also a blanket, so I was able to stay warm. Most importantly, we were able to check in easily because you gave us a video of how to check in.

It was nice to be able to stay relatively quiet because it was located in a quiet place, not too far from downtown.

The view was amazing right next to the sea. It was a good memory.

One person 5 nights. Very satisfied. Good location, with public transports, many shops and restaurants nearby. Quiet área, small hostel, quiet (this can always vary depending on the other guests). Easy communication and access. Clean. All amenities and furnitures as described. Very good value for money.

It is a walk from the station, but it has quick access to a supermarket and 7-11

I stayed with my little sister, and we loved it. It was so cosy and felt like home after longs days exploring Kanazawa. The area was beautiful, we had so much fun.

I had a very short stay here, just one night, however it was an excellent experience. The host was incredibly nice, always responsive and easy to talk with. The check-in was fast and flexible and Koki was kind enough to pick me up from the ferry terminal late at night. The listing is very accurate. The dorm room I stayed in was very clean and quite spacious. The sanitary facilities were pristine and the kitchen and living room were also very spacious and kept clean. Overall, despite the short stay, I would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again if I'm ever to return to Maizuru.

Vintage hotel across the street from a white sand beach! Not a bad place to land at all when you miss the last Kumano Kodo bus. It was clean and comfortable and affordable with great water pressure and nice hot water and I slept so well. Couldn’t ask for more at this price.
