Welcome to our holiday let brick cottage in Hoxne. The cottage has one double and one twin bedroom (with two fitted wardrobes), suitable for up to four guests, with areas to sit inside and out (enclosed sunny rear courtyard garden), a country kitchen/diner (with retro style fridge with ice compartment, standard size dishwasher and washing machine) and stylish bathroom. Come and stay to enjoy the cottage, village and countryside walks with the East coast not far away! Let’s all be Inspired!

The cottage is really beautifully decorated, stylish and sparkling clean. There is everything you need, with lovely little touches everywhere. The double bed has an extra mattress topper so makes it very comfortable and the heating makes the cottage very snug and warm. Another wonderful stay!”
Kingfisher Nook is light and airy with far reaching views of the beautiful Waveney valley. We have private river access for fishing from our garden, scenic walks and cycle rides from the door step, & excellent local pub within 15 min walk. BYO kayak to explore the local river wildlife. Located on Norfolk/Suffolk border, ideal base to explore the many delights of the region, including Southwold and many seaside villages, Thetford Forest, Banham zoo, Snape Maltings, Framingham and the Broads.
What guests are saying:“Really lovely Annex, separate enough from the main house and more than large enough for 2. Really well equipped and furnished, with some lovely country art. Nespresso coffee machine, good TV with loads of classic DVD’s...who doesn’t like Pretty Woman and LA Confidential!! Underfloor heating so cosy and warm, if using the log burner you’ll need extra logs as it’s so efficient it eats them. Perfect outside space if weather permits. Stunning views and walking distance to a really good country pub. Food is pub grub but was excellent and good value for money, really good Italian red for £20 ish (pretty cheap if you are from Ldn/Home Counties!!) 40 mins to Southwold / Aldeburgh - so good location for exploring both coast and north / west parts of Norfolk / Suffolk. Easy to find, just be careful on the last track / road to the house, particularly if dark, as there are some large holes..no problem in a 4x4 but.. Alice, the host, was very helpful with great comms - thank you for the scones and Prosecco!”
Welcome to our lovely holiday home in South Norfolk. Enjoy the contemporary open plan self-catering accommodation to relax and unwind. Our two comfortable double bedrooms have field or garden views. The south facing garden is perfect for al fresco dining - fire up the BBQ! Pasture View is the ideal base for visiting Suffolk and Norfolk whether it's the coast, rural countryside or historic towns and villages nearby. We're only a 45 min drive from Norwich & Ipswich.
What guests are saying:“We had a really lovely time at Teresa’s place. We had the house to ourselves and on a sunny day you can enjoy a cup of tea outside in the garden. Very comfortable bed and pillows - and the extra blankets came at hand too for chilling on the sofa! Would recommend it to a couple or two couples, as there are two bedrooms available. We are thankful that Teresa offered her place during these unsettling times of panic due to coronavirus. On Sunday we went to Thetford Forest, 45 minutes away and a real beauty. We are thinking of coming again and wishing the hosts our kindest thoughts! Diana and Cristian”
