The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and Wi-Fi available. On the property there is a gym with ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to dispose of. Summertime there is also a heated swimming pool. An additional home in large apartment can also be rented.

The apartment is in its own building on top of the stables. The stables live three black snow sheep. On the farm there is also a dwelling house where we in the family live with two children, cats, rabbits and dogs. Enjoy the tranquility with views of fields, cows and horses on nearby farms. Animals are welcome! Trampoline is in the yard. Electric car charger available.

You will be staying close to cross-country ski trails, to cycling of various kinds and to downhill skiing. 3 km south of Järvsö is our health farm Jon-Anunds from the early 1800s. Here you live in our guesthouse with a great view of the Ljusnan valley. In the yard, you can move freely, in the barn, children usually love to climb, skateboard and play table tennis. Jump on the trampoline. Less than 10 minutes down to a fantastic swimming area, fun for children. On the farm there are bikes for guided cycling and kayaks to rent if you feel like it. If you are a larger group, there is also Gammelgården with 8 beds to rent.

There is a small swimming area about 100 meters from the door. Walking distance to the fishing camp Mellanfjärden and Trollska forest. The cabin is from 2000. Modern and well-equipped kitchen. There are nice patios where you can enjoy the amazing view and evening sun. One well-behaved dog welcome Cat can't attend.

Gårdshuset

Welcome to Bergsåker, which is 10 minutes by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road to the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely renovated courtyard house with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent. Free parking in the yard.

The house is built in the 1880s and was originally a lodge that was then rebuilt into a residential house. The house is located in beautiful Forsa in a rural environment and is therefore also decorated in a rural style. Nature is close by and so are golf courses, ski trails and mountain bike trails. Within walking distance is also Hälsingegården Ystegårn, which has both a restaurant and an interior design shop.
