In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. The building is situated in a very calm area with farmers in the neighborhood. 5-10 min. walk to the grocery store.

The decor is bright, modern and cozy. The sleeping area has a double bed (180x200 cm). The work and dining area is bright and overlooking the front yard. The small seating area is for exclusive use. The studio is centrally located in the city. In sight of the studio is the train line. Trains run slowly, but are audible. From midnight there are no more trains and the night is guaranteed.
