Great place to stay – despite adverse circumstances The place was very nice, clean and very well equipped – exactly what we wanted for our stay in Norway. Unfortunately, we had great bad luck with the weather, which was so extreme that we decided, also for the sake of our two small children, to end our stay early. Despite the difficult conditions, we would like to give Kjetil special praise: He was incredibly helpful and took great care of our well-being. He brought us spikes and grit, which really helped us to safely master the situation. This care was absolutely exceptional and left a lasting impression. Even though we had to shorten our stay, we highly recommend the place. With better weather it would have been a perfect vacation.

We were very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable in the accommodation, it was very cozy. Unfortunately, we had bad weather, but otherwise you have a wonderful view of the lake and can go hiking in the area. We were particularly pleased about the cows from the neighbor and about the hostess's dog and cat.

The best place to stay before taking a plane. Also good for longer stays, ideal for a 4 people group or families.

This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Ida was so kind and helpful, always making sure we are ok, especially around New Years! The place was in a beautiful remote location only 10 minute drive from the closest village which was lovely (and a train station only 30 mins into Oslo) I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish her all the best in the future would highly recommend! There are some beautiful walks around there too! The fire was amazing and there was plenty of wood to help ourselves to. The heating and hot water were perfect and kept us warm especially after a walk in the snow. Thank you so much to Ida! Would definitely recommend 1000/10
