This is an old private house built more than 100 years ago, like a Kyoto townhouse, located on the Otaki-jo Castle Town Street, called Boso's Little Edo. Otaki Castle (one of the Tokugawa Ieyasu Shitenno Honda) and nationally designated important cultural properties are preserved, and the old castle town, which is rare in Chiba, spreads nostalgia. Team Lab 2026, April 17 (Friday) to May 24 (Sunday), Chiba, Yōrō Valley It's a location with the ocean, mountains, a river to play in, a ravine, and a black-water hot spring.(Within 10-30 minutes by car) You can use it as a base to enjoy the nature of Boso.The Chibanian is world-renowned for Wakasagi fishing in Lake Takataki and the magnetic reversal that occurred hundreds of thousands of years ago.(Visitor centre scheduled to open in three years) The facility is located in a place overlooking the Isumi River, and the ground is bedrock. When coming by car, it is 20 minutes from the Ichihara Tsurumai Interchange on the Ken-O Expressway. It takes 80 minutes by express bus from Tokyo Station to Otaki. It is less than 1 hour by car from Haneda Airport and 1 hour and 10 minutes by car from Narita Airport. Log-style lakeside cabin in Nagara, Chiba (~1 hr from Tokyo). A calm nature escape filled with birdsong and breezes, perfect for families or friend groups. Sleeps up to 6 with a stocked kitchen and appliances for easy self-catering, plus parking for 2–3 cars. Enjoy BBQ and a firepit on the deck or gazebo in any weather, then relax under starry skies. Optional sauna hut (60–80°C) is ¥5,000 per session, with outdoor cooldown and a bath. Up to 2 small dogs welcome. Late checkout at 1:00 pm.
