Great accommodation option on the Island! The apartment is spacious, has air conditioning in both bedrooms and a large lavenderira to leave things dry. For those who need to work wi-fi was great, we were in 3 people working together and we had no problem. We found the location very good (with easy access to the south and north of the Island) and you can also walk to the edge of the beach of Perequê - which is beautiful and has several options of restaurants nearby. The communication with Osvaldo was great too, he was very attentive and gave good tips from the Island. When we get back, we'll definitely stay at the apartment again! I highly recommend it!

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. In addition to being all clean and tidy, the space is cozy, a huge room, with a beautiful, breathtaking view. We did not suffer from rubberies or noises from neighbors. We took our dogs and it was very quiet to leave them there while we were going for a walk. Katya was flexible with the check-out time, which allowed us to make our last day very short. I highly recommend it.

The space corresponded with the ad, very beautiful view and a lot of contact with nature! As an improvement, I point out the need to clarify more in the listing about the room being located on a hill, where access is quite steep and can be difficult for some cars. I also point out the need for greater maintenance of the basic ingredients available, as I ended up not being able to use due to the lack of cleaning and replacement.

Staying in this place was amazing and magical! We were very well received by Luciano, super good people, charismatic and always on hand. The place is impeccable with gorgeous, the apartment we were super complete, so we chose to cook on it and it was amazing to prepare food with the amazing view of the living room and kitchen. Room and bathroom can't even be talked about, all with a beautiful view of nature, waterfall noise and you can relax perfectly. The waterfall and natural pool are beautiful for photos, but due to ice water, it is only for brave rs All was clean, tidy, organized and as in the listing. The neighborhood is a bit “away”, but it has a nearby bakery and market as well. The hostess helped us super via message always at hand. So it was perfect!

The room is great, it had everything we needed. The hotel is well located and the breakfast (paid aside) pleased us.

I went to the location for a wedding party near the venue and had a great stay! The apartment had general amenities such as salt, sugar, ice water and water filter. Bed linen was clean and of quality, the towel was very soft. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning and powerful fan make a difference! Hosts were helpful and attentive, as well as very helpful and proactive. The space really matches the photos and is comfortable and clean. Cabem comfortably 4 people and is very close to the beach. In addition to the space shown in the photos has a nice small outdoor area for a coffee or read a book on raining days. They were understandable with our check out, since we were hitchhiking. It would surely return!

Excellent stay!** I stayed last weekend in a simply wonderful beach house. The house is super comfortable, with everything new and well maintained. The environment is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. The owner was extremely receptive and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment of our arrival. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing seaside experience. I will definitely be back in the future!

Our stadium was great, all very clean and organized, besides the house being 100% equipped with household utensils and everything new. Great location, safe and pleasant environment. For those looking for tranquility is the ideal place. Mr. Luiz who resides next door was very solicited, receptive and kind. Always available and orinetou very well about the region. Nearby commercial and beach to drive by car, we also had an easy way to order ifood/deliveries.

Our stay was amazing! An ideal home for family moments, with spaces that provide these moments! We were in 20 people and 2 pets. The outdoor space was ideal for the dogs. The accommodations are comfortable offering everything that is necessary.High points: location ( it is very close to the beach which made it very easy because we were with 3 elderly family members; all dormitory suites with air conditioning; BBQ space and games provided great family moments.Enfim, a house with all the requirements for a great stay in a family and quiet beach.Nikolas and Renato super attentive.

The Apartment is very cozy super structured, the view of the pool and the deck is amazing. Well located next to the city centre as well as excellent beaches nearby to enjoy. Paulo provided information and great entertainment tips. It was very worth it, they were wonderful days, the next opportunity I will come back :)

Everything is beautiful! The apartment is just like the photos. The complex and location are divine. Just keep in mind that the complex is located on the hill, so everything is steep and the distances are more complicated to walk than what the complex appears.

Our stay was simply wonderful! We came for an event and spent one day, the hosts are very attentive and you can see how much they care about every detail. The house is very well equipped with Air fryer, microwave, refrigerator and all kitchen items. Each corner has something special, in the kitchen the coffee strainer, in the room the sheets, bed and blankets super cosy, a balcony and a view that brings peace to the heart! All very clean, organized and well aired. We love it and will definitely come back more often.

It was perfect, it exceeded expectations. I traveled with my family, I have a 5-month-old baby, and the condominium welcomed us very well, met all our needs. We didn't even go to the beach, to enjoy the leisure of the condominium. We had a barbecue, we went to the gym, it was amazing. Regarding the apartment, it is large and very airy, there are not many insects (it was a concern of mine because we know there are many animals on the north coast), but I didn't even have to put repellent on my baby. The only thing that was missing were adjustments to the bathroom outlets, as it is the only place that has a mirror, and I couldn't dry my hair or use a flat iron because the outlets are a little loose. Wladimir is a great host, responds very quickly and solves problems quickly. I intend to return!
