The house is cozy and well-equipped, including beach items. It is well located on a Guaeca block close enough to the commercial stalls, but it is still easy to get a good place with space in the sand. It is also close to the Barequeçaba trade which has a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. Sergio was super attentive and always available. Super recommend!!

Everything very quiet, the house very clean, no smell, great space, everything top, air conditioning and fans ok, Only detail is that there is no garage for car, the space is small to park, but the street is quiet. I was very satisfied.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, and all equipped with very good taste and very functional. The employee who attended to us there was always very attentive and helpful. Guaecá beach is beautiful and the location of the house is privileged, with privacy and close to the beach walking through a beautiful garden, allowing the children to go alone to the beach. The tennis court available completes the package by giving you this option throughout your stay. We had only a few problems with the company that manages the property, but as soon as the owner got involved and we dealt directly with him, everything was resolved.

The stay at Saud's house was amazing! In addition to being a super receptive and pleasant host, the house is full of nature making the place very charming and bringing plenty of tranquility to our rest. The view is beautiful, both to the sea and to the house itself and, from all the rooms it is possible to enjoy the landscape! Everything in the house is very well thought out and planned, from the complete amenities and accessories made available - it made us feel like we were in our own house! The house is also very close to the beach, which makes it much easier to get around to enjoy the day! Thanks for the reception, attention and care in all our interactions, we will come back more often!!!

Very well cared for, clean and organized place. Very good location; helper's indication for cleaning and cooking was excellent, very helpful. We had an unforeseen event due to a very heavy rain in the region; but with the contact and attention of Fernanda (owner ) but nothing to discredit the stay. We will return for sure.

The house is in a truly incredible location, next to the beach of Feiticeira and with a private beach. Municipality exceeded expectations in this regard. Attention points: upon reaching the house it was stinking and there were some dead cockroaches. The kitchen and living room are a little tight, but they are as pictured. The town hall surpasses any expectation, it's really amazing.

Otima location, condominium that gives in front of the sea! Casa with everything necessary to enjoy the beach, I had a great experience there. Super recommend it.

The house is very spacious, cozy, integrated with nature, has many kitchen utensils (glasses, dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, etc.), a beautiful swimming pool, and an amazing barbecue area. Anyway, the house exceeded our expectations. We recommend and would like to come back next time. Karin is very attentive and hospitable
