We feel at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A reserved beach, with crystal clear water, place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtle.

The house was much larger than we expected with a stunning seaside view. Very unique layout with lots of interesting features. Would definitely stay again!

First, I thank Ana Luiza for all the attention she had with me and my family during the 5 days that she hosted us at her home. The house is wonderful, cozy, in person is better than in the pictures. Bed and bath linens, utensils, barbecue area, suites, all great, we'll be back soon. The house is perfect and very comfortable, all rooms with air conditioning and bathroom. Stand in the sand with a delicious tree in the front. My family loved it. Ricardo is very polite and helpful.

Vagner's place is excellent, cozy home, exactly as in descriptions and photos. The space was clean and organized and we still found welcome tickets. I took my dog and it was perfect for her TBM, without any risk of escape and with plenty of room for her to play and relax. We love the stay, in addition to the tips of tours and restaurants.

The house delivers much more than is in the photos, the kitchen, living room and bedroom overlook the sea. The site is very close to the beach and Veloso waterfall, I visited both walking. The place was organized and clean, complete kitchen for those who want to cook, large and nice toilets. Home and Wonderful Experience, it's definitely on the list to come back again.

Great stay! The house was spotless, with plenty of space, well tidy and clean. The location is great, very close to the beaches of Julião and the Witch. It was very worth it!

All excellent! Very easy to communicate with Caio, who gave the tips and courtesies to improve our experience! The house is spacious, has separate suites. We took two dogs, one medium and one large, who were very good, since the house is all walled and were able to spend quality time with us. Kitchen has equipment and the house holds more people in the living room. Equipped grill next to the pool. I recommend it, especially for sunny days!

Impeccable, super-equipped and extremely well cared for. Limpeza 10/10 by Vilma, a sweetness and pure sympathy. Excellent cook, even made the market for us. The only difference between the listing and what we find is that the king bedrooms have no single bed, but mattresses. So some people ended up sleeping on the floor. Tirando this caveat, only compliments. The pool is super heated, the house has cooler, ice, trolley for transportation to the beach and many chairs. We were in 17 and there were still chairs left. Worth a lot of the stay, incredible infrastructure

Spacious, cozy house, the air conditioner worked very well and was new and was clean. My family and I spent wonderful days at Eliane's home! The house is very well located, the condominium is very beautiful and well cared for, and access to the beach is made by a delicious lawn. The beach is very tasty, does not have many kiosk options (we only saw 1 seller offering portions), but this was not a problem for us. Fortunately the weather was very pleasant and the calm sea, the 1 and 2 year old babies took advantage of both the sea and the river. The house is simple but very well equipped. We made food and did not miss any utensil (remembering that there is no microwave). The house's colchoes and pillows are good, and so are the showers. Because the house is old, it is necessary to be careful when switching on several electrical equipment at the same time, as the circuit breaker may occur, as it happened once with us, but it was quickly solved by turning on the light frame again. Thank you for the great moments we spent in the house!!!

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in this amazing house. In this time we felt already at home. Its a truly amazing place. The location could not be better. Its very central but still feels super local and not super touristic. You can reach everything you need walking. Denise and Andre are very helpful and supportive hosts. We fell in love with this place and will return for sure.

The place is so beautiful and welcoming that you don't even have to go out to feel like you're in a true paradise. Victor's property exceeded my expectations! Very nice and quiet, with a spacious garage that accommodates two large cars with ease. The entrance is full of green, with trees and flowers that keep the environment fresh — and there is still a huge tree in the middle of the street that gives a special charm to the place. The barbecue area is excellent, super inviting, with two nets where I could relax for hours. Everything integrates very well with the living room and the kitchen, which is complete and equipped with all the necessary utensils. The rooms were impeccable: clean, smelling, with sheets and towels in great shape. The cost-benefit is great, mainly because it is on a street that leads straight to a super charming beach. São Sebastião is charming, with beautiful beaches and cosy atmosphere. I will definitely be back — and next time, I want to stay at least 15 days in this amazing place and I will host this property !
