It consists on the ground floor, a large kitchen equipped and furnished, living/dining room, a bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x200, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms with storage, a bathroom and separate toilet. It is close to Rennes airport, the exhibition center, Bruz and is located in an enclosed and wooded park.
