Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area, we live on the ground floor. The apartment, not intended for people with reduced mobility, claustrophobes should refrain, is served by a private elevator, and emergency exit by interior stairs, access by the basement allows total independence. The entrances, exterior gate, gate and garage door are done with a badge. On request small animals are accepted free of charge

The gite is located 15 km away from the center of Rennes. Our cottage is an ideal pied-à-terre to discover Brittany. Cancale, Saint-Malo, Golf du Morbihan, La Gacilly, Rochefort-en-Terre or Dinan and Fougères as well as the famous Brocéliande forest.
