Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Renovated while retaining the hedonistic identity of the place, the space is articulated around a 140 m2 room where you can swim, have lunch, relax or listen to music, and a large 40 m2 living room with billiards, 2 m diagonal TV, Canal+... virtual headset, video library, library. Tennis accessible at any time.

You will stay in a comfortable cottage with an indoor pool heated to 30° all year round, sauna and treadmill, all in a beautiful 100 m2 room. Bed linen, bath towels and adult bathrobes are provided. Ideal for a relaxing or sporting holiday, possibility of tourist discoveries (15 minutes from Mt St Michel, 20 minutes from Granville, 20 minutes from St Malo, Cancale etc.) Discover the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the Chausey Islands and its salt meadows sheep.

We welcome you to our cottage adjoining our 1850 character house located in the village of Amanlis, shops accessible on foot. Our " four-legged" friends are also welcome! The gite is located 15 km away from the center of Rennes. Our cottage is an ideal pied-à-terre to discover Brittany. Cancale, Saint-Malo, Golf du Morbihan, La Gacilly, Rochefort-en-Terre or Dinan and Fougères as well as the famous Brocéliande forest.
