You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.

Just 5 minutes drive to the supermarket and 10 minutes to central Warrnambool we have the best of both worlds.

Located halfway between Warrnambool and Port Fairy, surrounded by beautiful green countryside, walking distance to Tower Hill reserve and a short drive to the hidden gem of Killarney beach. The studio is a private apartment, semi attached to our home, Heathbrae, in peaceful gardens set on over 2 acres.
