In the summer months tubers and kayakers float down the river past the house regularly. Downtown Indian River is just a short distance.

We’re just a half-hour drive from Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and enchanting Mackinac Island.

Enjoy beautiful lake front northern MI, close to many "Tip of the Mitt" towns, trails, activities while enjoying beautiful Burt Lake, including our sunsets. Our guest house is on the second floor of our detached garage. It is at the end of a quiet road and is located off I-75 (exit 310 and 313), 3 miles from town, but 30-40 minutes from many other towns. Kayaks, small grill, camp fires on windless nights. No pets. Close launches for boat launching. Space to park boat/trailer on land.

Swim, fish, kayak or enjoy boating the chain of lakes with the river having access to Burt Lake and Mullett Lake. Enjoy downtown Indian River within walking or bike riding distance. Snowmobile 5 different trail systems with access nearby. Enjoy the view!
