This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Beautiful new ski-to-door apartment on two levels in a panoramic position. Three double bedrooms, two complete bathrooms with toilet, sink, shower and bidet, comfortable living room with kitchen with dishwasher, dining table for 6 guests, couch, wood stove and access to a great balcony overlooking the valley, village and ski slope. A washing machine is available, as well as two covered parking spaces and a storage room for sports equipment (skis, ski boots).

A window on the Dolomites

My place is close to beautiful panoramic views of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, family activities in the Kral Ladin recreation center where in the winter there is a beautiful skating stadium, 3Zinnen dolomiten ski area 5 minutes (by car) from the apartment, various ethnographic museums. You'll love my place because of its atmosphere, outdoor spaces, light, neighborhood, and people. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

This unique property is located in the Hohe Tauern at 1000 m above sea level. Not only is the architectural style unique, but the view of the mighty mountains, lake and nature is simply beautiful! On the over 3800 m² plot there are still 2 core-renovated rustic log cabins that are over 200 years old and are also for rent. There is also a sauna for free use. Whether winter or summer, there are countless leisure activities within easy reach.

The 65 m² property on the first floor consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. The holiday apartment offers a shared garden where you can enjoy relaxing mornings.

My property is located in Kals am Großglockner in the Burg district and is called Haus am Sonnenhang. The house is located alone on a hillside at the edge of the forest with stunning views over the valley. Starting point for numerous hiking tours. This small attic apartment is for two people, with a kitchen and couch, TV, Wi-Fi, south-facing balcony, overnight stay without breakfast
