It was a beautiful place. Me and my family started renting every year 3 years ago and this is by far the best experience we had. We will definately try to come back again next year. The people were so nice with us. If you want to have a little weekend between friends or in familly, there's enough space inside and outside to enjoy every moment there. We had a family reunion and this house was great for that. A few heads were bumped on the lower beams but it didn’t ruin the stay.

We had a lovely family stay in Eric's house. It's super nice and warm. The equipment is perfect, we really enjoyed it and it allowed us to have a great Christmas together. It has everything you need. Room for everyone to feel good. The pool table and foosball were very much appreciated. The kitchen is great. The beds are very comfortable. Eric is very responsive and takes care of his customers. It's very much appreciated. A beautiful quality house and very nicely appointed. We would highly recommend your property and will not hesitate to return if we have the opportunity.

Perfect place for a Montreal visit - just right in the middle of Le Plateau, and just a few blocks away from the Metro Station to go anywhere else in the city. Strongly recommended!

Very spacious place inside and out. It comfortably slept 4 couples each with a private room. There were many nice touches like an outdoor lounge area and freshly-ground coffee machine. The host was quick to respond to any questions and was accommodating with checkout time.

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Montreal. We biked into the city on easy access bike paths.

Very clean accommodation. and lots of facilities in this one. The highway is very close once outside, but very nice neighborhood, and close to extra services. I recommend it!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Annie's place. Very comfortable place with a great backyard and so spacious. Immediately felt at home. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again.
