Vacation rentals with a patio in Island of Montreal

Elena is a great host and this was a fantastic place to stay! Everything is very clean and comfortable and with the amenities it feels like someone could really live there full time. The neighbourhood is peaceful and not too far from the city centre via the Beaubien or Saint-Zotique bus. We would recommend Elena's apartment to anyone and will definitely stay there again!

This place is amazing, it had all of the amenities plus more. It was near old Montreal, so very accessible to explore the area. I can’t stress enough how much this place had to offer. All kinds of tea and coffee with all of the fixings for the morning. Over abundance of towels, blankets, pillows, and everything else you would need. It was in a close area for what we needed it as we went to a concert that was a three minute walk down the street. If I were to come back to Montreal, I would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive and sent detailed instructions for check-in andcheck out.

Mendy was a great host- always responded to questions quickly and all the information for check-in was clear! The apartment was nice, we had 6 people in our party & we didn't feel crowded at all. The building is clean and only a 7 minute walk from the nearest metro station, so getting downtown was easily accessible. :)

It was a nice place in a perfect location. The place had everything you would need, and it felt like home.

The place was just as described and it was exactly what I was looking for. Also, love the fact that it’s close to Tim Hortons. They even left me some chocolates on the steps on New Year’s Day ♥️ I highly recommend this Airbnb and would 100% stay here again. Thank you!

Was in Montreal for my hockey birthday weekend and found Julia’s place by chance. It was right down the road from where our game was and was easily accessible to everywhere we needed to go. Will stay again if we are ever in Laval again

Lovely space, we were 3 sibblings with our families - room for everyone to hang out and spread out. We appreciated the great kitchen and comfy furniture. Beds were comfortable and we were able to have our dogs as well.

The space is exactly as described. The community/houses around are so beautiful as well. The space was clean and well maintained.

Accommodation well suited to our needs. There was nothing missing. The area is quiet and there are local shops less than 10min away. In the kitchen, the equipment is minimal but we were able to manage. Attention during the winter, it is forbidden to park on the street at night ($$).

When I arrived we had an issue and wasn’t able to stay at Chris’ place. But Chris was a pro about it - jumped in and resolved our situation so quickly. It’s always great to know a host will help when things go wrong. It’s as important as making sure things are right. This host is very trustworthy.

Very nice place all the comodites nearby restaurant grocery store supermarket super walking it's very close to the highways easy to access I will rent again insuredly and I highly recommend it. What price is extra

Gabrielle's place was comfortable with easy access to public transit and short walks to vibrant neighborhoods. Nearby cafe's, grocery, and pharmacy stores are convenient. Gabrielle is very responsive and keen to help in any way.

Very clean place! We was there for a job in Laval with an employee. Very appreciated the private parking and the full coffee pot available, makes such a difference for us. We will stay at the same place next time we have to stay in Laval.

The place was exactly as described, clean and a well stocked kitchen. The location was very good with most places walkable. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
